Stain/Glue on Dunks?

Hey guys, just got these in the mail and noticed when i opened them there was a stain/stripe of something that that kinda looks like glue? Im not sure what it is but it is stuck on there lmao. Probably doesnt look like much in the picture but in person its alot bigger and it bugs me 😂. Tried with my nail to gently take it off but no use, anyone have any tips on how i could maybe try to remove it??
